Lufontek will machine your products on CNC-controlled universal milling machines. We machine all conventional plastics and metals, but we specialize in aluminum.
Lufontek specializes in the cost-optimized manufacture of high volume batches. However, we also offer small batches. Small batch production always requires flexible and quick CNC programming. Depending on the material and component geometry, milling paths must be specifically programmed to prevent stress in the component. This is precisely Lufontek’s strength!
What we can do.
We lathe, mill, grind, etc. components of brass, steel, aluminum and plastic. Special materials may be used upon request. For general tolerances, we follow DIN ISO 2768.
As a provider of manufacturing services for mechanical components, we offer much more than precise lathed and milled parts. We can also finish the suface of the manufactured components for you. We offer everything from a single source: from the production of supplementary components using additional processes to the assembly of entire assemblies.
